Welcome!

   I created this site in hopes of passing on my knowledge of fitness and nutrition that I have learned over the years through hard work and dedication. I am by no means a physician or certified dietition or trainer,  well not yet, but I still think I can help most of whoever reads on get a better understanding of methods of training and dieting to acheive their goals.

  YOU WANT RESULTS?

   Everyone has a goal when it comes to training, some fat loss, some gain muscle, and some just want to maintain where they are at. It doesnt matter what it is, it all boils down to dedication and determination. In fitness alot of people want results NOW but this type of thing takes time. I learned the hard way, but once I stuck with it the results came faster, not at the lightning speed we all want but they came. I took my scrawny structure from 150lbs in 2000 to a now very lean 195lbs, alot of people say I am lucky but thats not it at all, I dont have the genes of a bodybuilder, I took on the challenge myself and decided to start reading and learning exactly what I need to do, and started putting it all to the test. I started slow and as I progressed things got easier, so no matter how hard you think it is to get where you wanna be, stick with it. There is nothing worse than starting a program and stopping without giving it time to work, as I say "adapt and overcome", to me that says it all about fitness, you cant adapt without time, and you cant overcome unless you adapt to whatever is thrown at you, (in this case training) once you acheive that the results will come.
